Raw Honey has been used for thousands of years to help heal wounds due to its anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties.  These can help fight against acne and heal acne scars.  Honey is also very moisturizing which helps with the dryness that winter can bring.

Lemons have anti-bacterial properties which is great for fighting acne.  They also a natural astringent which can help with oily skin. 

The smaller crystals in brown sugar makes it an excellent choice for a face scrub.  They provide a gentle exfoliation without being too harsh.
